§ 70.100 DEFINITIONS.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

ABANDONED VEHICLE. Any vehicle parked for longer than 24 hours in excess of the time allowed for such parking by any provision of this chapter.
