§ 35.99 PENALTY.
   The failure of any vendor subject to §§ 35.10 through 35.13 to remit to the town the tax imposed by §§ 35.10 through 35.13 shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine or not more than $500 or imprisonment for up to 30 days, or both.
