§ 70.053 CARELESS DRIVING.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle without due care and caution and full regard for the safety of persons and/or property.

(B) Any person operating any vehicle without due care and caution and full regard for the safety of persons and/or property shall be guilty of careless driving, whether or not his driving results in personal injury and/or property damage.
