§ 70.047 PASSING.
   It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to pass another vehicle proceeding in the same direction when the passing vehicles is within 100 feet of an intersection, approaching a curve, when a solid yellow line is located in the lane of the passing vehicle or upon a hill or grade.
