§ 34.23 FEES FOR USE OF CREDIT AND/OR DEBIT CARDS.

   (A)   There is established a convenience fee to be paid by the customer paying with a credit card and/or debit card.

   (B)   The convenience fee is hereby initially set at 3% per transaction. This fee may periodically change from time to time and will be updated and published in the town's Municipal Fee Schedule. Refer to the most current Fee Schedule for the most current convenience fee amount.
