Professional services include Attorneys, Consultants, Accountants, Planners, Programmers and Engineers. Professional services are to be obtained in writing and not considered as bids, and not subject to bid requirements. Selection shall be made on the basis of qualifications and fairness of pricing and in the best interest of the town.
