A violation of §§ 133.01 through 133.04 shall be deemed punishable by a criminal fine of up to $500 and/or 30 days in prison. Each day of a continuing violation of §§ 133.01 through 133.04 shall be considered a separate and distinct infraction. Violation of §§ 133.01 through 133.04 is hereby further declared to be a public nuisance which may be abated by the town by way of restraining order, preliminary and permanent injunction, or any other means permitted by law, and the town may take action to recover the cost of any nuisance abatement action taken hereunder.
