§ 131.03 REFUSAL TO ACCOMPANY ARRESTING OFFICER UNLAWFUL.

It shall be unlawful for any person under arrest to refuse to accompany the arresting officer, or to endeavor to force the officer to drag, pull, or carry the person to the place of destination.
