§ 131.01 DISORDERLY CONDUCT PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this section PUBLIC means affecting or likely to affect any person or persons in a place to which the public or a substantial group has access; among the places included are highways, transport facilities, schools, apartment houses, public parks, or other public facilities, places of business or worship or entertainment, governmental buildings, or any neighborhood.
   (B)   Prohibited acts. It shall be unlawful for any person to:
      (1)   Be found on any highway or at any public place or public gathering in a grossly intoxicated condition or otherwise conducting himself in a disorderly or boisterous manner;
      (2)   Use obscene or profane language on any highway or at any public place or gathering or in hearing distance of any schoolhouse or church; or
      (3)   While under the influence or feigning to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor, without just cause or excuse, discharge any gun, pistol, or other firearm while upon or within 50 yards of any public road or highway;
      (4)   Engage in fighting, threatening, riotous, violent, or tumultuous behavior.
