§ 130.07 HANDBILLS.
   (A)   Distribution on private property. It shall be unlawful for any person to hand out or distribute or sell any commercial or non-commercial handbill upon any private premises, if requested by anyone thereon not to do so, or if there is placed on the private premises a conspicuous notice indicating in any manner the occupants of the premises do not wish to have their right of privacy disturbed, or to have any such handbills left upon said premises.
   (B)   Obstruction of traffic. It shall be unlawful for any person to hand out or distribute any commercial or non-commercial handbill or newspaper in a manner which would obstruct or interfere with pedestrian or vehicular traffic in or upon any street or other public place.
