§ 113.07 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The town police officers and the county Litter Officer shall have the authority to interpret and enforce this chapter.
   (B)   The police officers and the county Litter Officer shall be charged with the enforcement of this chapter and shall be empowered to initiate action for violation of this chapter.
