§ 32.04 ADDITIONAL POWERS.
   Additional powers of the Planning Commission include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: “The Commission may make, publish, and distribute maps, plans, and reports and recommendations relating to the plan and program and the development of its political jurisdiction to public officials and agencies, public utility companies, civic, educational, professional and other organizations and citizens. All public officials shall, upon request, furnish to the Commission, within a reasonable time, such available information as it may require for its work. The Commission, its members and employees, in the performance of its functions, may enter upon any land within its political jurisdiction, make examinations and surveys and place and maintain necessary marks and monuments thereon; provided, however, that the Commission shall be liable for any injury or damage to property resulting therefrom. In general, the Commission shall have such powers as may be necessary to enable it to perform its functions and to promote the planning of its political jurisdiction.”
