(A) This chapter shall be enforced by the county sheriff's office or an authorized designee.
(B) Notice of the provisions of this chapter shall be given to all business license applicants in the town.
(C) The building codes officer, fire marshall, or their designees shall, while an establishment is undergoing otherwise mandated or voluntary inspections, inspect for compliance with this chapter.
(D) The owner, manager, operator, or employee of an establishment regulated by this chapter shall inform persons violating this chapter of the appropriate provisions thereof.
(E) Any citizen who desires to register a complaint under this chapter may initiate enforcement with the Mayor's office.
