§ 96.09 PROHIBITION OF SMOKING REGULATIONS IN PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT.
   The prohibition on smoking as set forth in § 96.08(A) shall be communicated by employers to all existing employees by the effective date of this chapter and to all prospective employees upon their application for employment.
