§ 94.07 CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF ENFORCEMENT.
   No agent or employee of the town nor any person contracting for the removal of or disposition of any abandoned or junk motor vehicle shall be held criminally or civilly liable in any way arising out of enforcing any provisions of this chapter unless such person is guilty of recklessness, neglect or misconduct.
