§ 93.24 PROTECTION OF ANIMALS.
   (A)   No person shall hunt, capture, take, trap, or in any other way abuse, molest, injure, pursue, or destroy an animal unless authorized to do so in writing by the town, and then only after obtaining any permits required by the town.
   (B)   No person shall move, injure, or destroy any bird nest or egg or any animal habitation. No person shall disturb the wildlife and their natural habitat.
