No person shall set up any tent, shack or any other temporary shelter for the purpose of overnight camping in a park. Any movable structure or special vehicle to be used or that could be used for such purpose, such as a home trailer, camp trailer, camp wagon or recreational vehicle, shall not be used for overnight camping in a park unless authorized in writing by the town, and then only after obtaining any permits required.
