§ 93.19 FIRES AND FIREWORKS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Fires are authorized in a barbeque grill or town provided grilling equipment for the purpose of cooking only and must be extinguished prior to leaving the area. A fire shall be deemed properly extinguished when ashes, residue, coals and unburned substances are cold to the human touch. The dumping of hot ashes or fire from a portable barbeque grill onto the grass or plants is prohibited.
   (B)   No person shall build or attempt to build any fires within a park unless authorized to do so in writing by the town, and then only after obtaining any permits required by the town and/or the town fire department.
   (C)   No person shall bring or have in their possession or set off or otherwise cause to explode, discharge or burn any firecrackers, torpedoes, rockets or other fireworks or explosives or flammable material onto any park property, unless authorized to do so in writing by the town, and then only after obtaining any permits required by the town and/or the town fire department.
