§ 93.17 GENERAL CONDUCT.
   (A)   No person shall throw away or leave refuse or trash except in waste receptacles placed by the town.
   (B)   No person shall engage in loud, boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting or indecent language, or engage in disorderly conduct or behavior constituting a breach of the peace in any park facility.
   (C)   No person shall be under the age of ten without immediate supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
   (D)   Parking is allowed only in designated areas.
   (E)   No person shall ignore or remove a reservation notice posted by the town.
   (F)   No person shall have glass containers.
   (G)   No person shall skateboard, skate, roller blade or use any other wheeled recreational equipment or vehicle on Trotter's Trail, Barrett's Place Playground, or the Pavilion.
   (H)   No person, except law enforcement officers while carrying out the duties and responsibilities of their position, shall carry on his or her person firearms of any description, knives, bows and arrows, crossbows, air or gas guns, missiles or missile- throwing devices or other dangerous weapons. No person shall cause any of the aforementioned weapons to be discharged in, into, and/or through any park area. Any person who has satisfied the provisions of S.C. Code §§ 23-31-205 et seq., as amended, commonly referred to as the Carry Concealed Weapon (CCW) law, and has in his/her possession a valid CCW permit, may carry a concealed pistol but may not discharge the pistol.
   (I)   No person shall erect a sign or attach a sign to property owned or controlled by the town, nor shall any person display any placard, notice, advertisement, circular, banner or statement of any other kind other than a permanent sign on a vehicle without a permit from the town.
   (J)   No person shall sell or offer for sale, any article, privilege or service unless such sale is pursuant to a contract or an agreement with the town.
