§ 92.06 EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   Noises arising from normal farm activities are exempt from action pursuant to this chapter.
   (B)   No prohibition contained in this chapter shall apply to any public performance, gathering, or parade for which permission or a permit has been properly obtained from the town or to any public performance, gathering, or activity conducted or sponsored by a public or governmental body.
