§ 90.13 ABANDONING ANIMALS.
   (A)   No owner or keeper shall abandon an animal.
   (B)   If an animal is found abandoned by its owner or keeper, the animal control officer may take custody and impound the animal in the animal shelter. The animal shall be kept for not less than five days in accordance with the procedures set forth in § 90.97.
