§ 90.12 MISTREATMENT OF ANIMALS.

No person shall starve, beat, neglect, ill-treat, torment, overload, overdrive, overwork, needlessly mutilate, cruelly kill, or inflict unnecessary pain upon any animal. No person shall encourage, provoke, cause or instigate any fighting between animals or between animals and humans.
