§ 90.03 RESISTING OR HINDERING AN ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER, CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER OR POLICE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to resist, hinder or oppose the animal control officer, code enforcement officer, contract enforcement agency, or police or any person acting under their authority in the performance of any of the duties imposed upon them by this chapter.
