(A) If any portion of this chapter is held to be unconstitutional for any reason, the remaining portions of this chapter shall not be affected.
(B) The provisions of this chapter shall prevail and control in the event of any inconsistency between this chapter and other rules and regulations of the town waterworks.
(C) Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to invalidate or be interpreted in a manner inconsistent with any covenants now in effect and given as security to holders of bonds secured by revenues of the system.
