§ 51.99 PENALTY.

(A) Violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $200 and/or 30 days in jail. Citations and/or fines shall be issued by the town's Code Enforcement Officer or the Pendleton Police Department or his//her designee.

(B) Excessive violators may have service suspended if violations continue to exist.
