Businesses that request a bulk container will be invoiced monthly. A late charge penalty of 10% of the unpaid balance per month, no service after two months of delinquency, no refunds for partial months and all changes in service must be requested in writing. The maintenance of bulk containers shall be the responsibility of the user.
