§ 51.25 OUT-OF-TOWN SOLID WASTE AND YARD WASTE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to bring any type of refuse or yard waste that originates from outside the town limits into the town for collection and disposal by the town’s labor forces.
