§ 51.24 REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED CONTAINERS.
   The occupants of any building for which a roll-out container has been provided shall be required to pay the cost of replacement of any container which is damaged as a result of carelessness, improper use, neglect, or any other cause not resulting from actions of town personnel.
