§ 51.14 TOWN TO FURNISH ONE ROLL-OUT CONTAINER TO EACH RESIDENCE; ADDITIONAL OR SUBSEQUENT PARTS ARE EXPENSE TO THE HOMEOWNER OR RESIDENT.
   (A)   The town shall provide each residence with one 90 gallon roll-out container, which shall be used for the storage of household garbage only - not yard waste.
   (B)   The town shall purchase the first roll-out container for each residence. When the first roll-out container wears out, the occupant will be required to lease a new rollout container from the town at their own expense.
   (C)   If more than one roll-out container is needed or desired, they must be leased from the town. A sanitation fee will be charged monthly for each roll-out container.
