§ 51.09 DEPOSITING, SWEEPING, IN STREETS, PUBLIC PLACES, OCCUPIED PREMISES.
   No person shall cast, place, sweep or deposit any refuse anywhere within the town in such a manner that it may be carried or deposited by the elements upon any street, sidewalk, alley, sewer, or other public place, or into any occupied premises within the town.
