§ 51.06 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with town employees engaged in the collection of refuse and yard waste.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to require any employee of the town engaged in the collection of refuse and yard waste to do more than return the empty container to the designated point of the property.
