§ 30.01 MAYOR-COUNCIL FORM OF GOVERNMENT.
   The Mayor-Council form of municipal government, with a Mayor and four Councilmen with election at large and two-year terms of office as provided in S.C. Code §§ 47-60 through 47-63 is adopted for the town to be effective on July 1, 1976, or as soon thereafter as prescribed by state law.
