§ 72.17 MAXIMUM LIMIT.
   (A)   (1)   No person shall park any vehicle, motorized or otherwise, on any street, alley, public way or portion thereof, of the village and leave said vehicle unattended for a period longer than 72 hours. During periods of time when snow is falling and/or snow has accumulated on the streets, and it is necessary for the village to remove said snow from the village streets, alleys and public ways, the abovementioned period of time allowing for the parking of vehicles, motorized or otherwise, on said streets, by any person or by the owner of the vehicle, shall be no longer than 14 hours.
      (2)   No person shall park any vehicle, motorized or otherwise, on any private property within a residential district as described by the current zoning ordinance for a period longer than 45 days. This section shall not apply to any vehicle stored in an enclosure or garage. An unattended vehicle shall be considered to be any vehicle, motorized or otherwise, that has not been moved in any respect.
   (B)   A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
