§ 72.07 TRUCK, SEMI-TRAILER AND TRACTOR TRAILER PARKING AND LOADING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for a truck over 10,000 pounds, a semi-trailer or a tractor trailer combination to be dollied down, parked or off-loaded from its tractor on any village property or in a residentially zoned area, except between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Any vehicle found violating this section shall be ticketed. The owner and driver, if a separate person from the owner, of any vehicle found violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined pursuant to § 72.99 of this chapter.
   (B)   Any person who, due to emergency or mechanical failure, feels that he or she may come into violation of this section shall immediately notify the County Sheriff’s Office. The County Sheriff’s Office shall investigate, and if such deputy finds that there is an emergency or mechanical breakdown, they may issue a warning in writing, with a copy to be filed with the Village Clerk. The owner of the violating vehicle shall endorse a receipt of the warning. The owner of the violating vehicle shall then have three days to remove said vehicle. If such vehicle is not moved within three days, said owner and vehicle driver are subject to the penalties as set out in § 72.99 of this chapter. Nothing in this section shall be construed to apply to recreational vehicles.
