§ 155.6122 SITE PLAN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS - SUSTAINABILITY.
   At the time of site plan application submittal to the Planning and Economic Development Department, the applicant must submit:
   (A)   A narrative which lists green building techniques and practices which may include but are not limited to the sustainable options outlined in § 155.6123. The aim of the narrative is to demonstrate how the developer will address specific local objectives related to: environmental design, energy efficiency, and conservation of resources, infrastructure, transportation and waste management which are found within the city's green plan. The materials and practices listed should exceed current building code requirements.
   (B)   If the applicant is pursuing a certification through a recognized third-party green building certification program (USGBC, FGBC, NGBS, etc.), the points table specific to that program, the designated level of certification, and proof of application into the green building program must be submitted.
