Regardless of other provisions of this Code, under all classifications and in all districts sewage collection and transmission systems shall be permitted, paid for and installed by the developer to discharge sewage, either by gravity or pumped, from the subject lot(s) to the city sewerage system. Lot plans accompanying building permit applications shall show clearly the proposed sewage disposal system. Such systems shall conform to the standards and requirements of the appropriate health officials. Onsite sewage disposal systems, septic tanks and drainfields are prohibited.
