§ 155.6111 ELEVATION OF FILLED LAND.
   (A)   Any filled land created contiguous to the mainland or to any developed island in the city shall be filled so that the settled elevation of the filled land shall not be less than five and one-half feet.
   (B)   All elevations required in this section shall be measured above mean sea level, U.S.C. and G.S. datum.
