There is hereby established a Landscape Fund for the deposit of funds in accordance with the provisions of this section. Landscape Fund shall directly benefit landscape improvements and green initiatives within the city. If it is determined that mitigation cannot occur on the proposed site at the time of tree removal or landscape plan review, staff of the Landscape Division shall determine the value of contribution to the Landscape Fund for those qualifying projects.
