(A) Penthouses, scenery lofts, towers, cupolas, steeples, and domes, not exceeding in gross area at maximum horizontal section 30% of the roof area.
(B) Airplane beacons, broadcasting towers, antennae, chimneys, stacks, tanks, and roof structures used for ornamental or mechanical purposes may exceed one of the following height limitations:
(1) Twenty-five percent of the allowable height in any district or;
(2) Twenty-five percent higher than the principal building to which it relates or is attached, whichever is less, unless otherwise waived by the Commission for the health and safety of the community.
(C) Flag poles.
(1) Residential properties: 25 feet.
(2) Non-residential properties:
(a) Forty feet or;
(b) Twenty-five percent higher than the principal building to which it relates or is attached, whichever is less.
