(A) The provisions of this subchapter shall also apply to buildings, structures, land, premises or uses which hereafter become nonconforming due to a change or reclassification of district; or which become nonconforming due to a change in district regulations.
(B) Where a period of time is specified in this section for the removal or discontinuance of nonconforming buildings, structures, or uses, that period shall be computed from the effective date of the reclassificaton or change of regulations.
