§ 155.535 SCOPE, APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS.
   The provisions of this subchapter are intended to apply only to nonconforming uses, and are not intended to apply to buildings, structures, and their lots, existing at the effective date of this LDC which do not meet the regulations of this subchapter.
