§ 155.531 STORAGE OF RENTAL VEHICLES.
   Outside accessory storage of rental vehicles may be permitted as described below:
   (A)   Site plan. A site plan, or site plan amendment, describing with particularity the specific storage areas for rental vehicles for each proposed and/or existing use, must be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Board for review and decision in accordance with §§ 155.300 through 155.313. All parking for the storage of rental vehicles shall be in excess of required parking for the center. The Planning and Zoning Board must determine that the location for the storage of vehicles does not interfere or impede with the use of the parking lot for the customers, employees or owners of the other businesses in the center.
   (B)   Type of vehicles. Stored rental vehicles may not have more than two axles. Only vehicles that may be driven with a non-commercial driver's license issued by the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles may be stored on-site. Rental and storage of construction and heavy equipment shall not be permitted.
   (C)   Restrictions. No vehicles with advertising, other signage, or greater than 5,000 pounds may be parked in the front. Any such vehicles must be parked in the rear of the building and screened from adjacent residential development.
