The following provisions shall apply to all special residential facilities as defined in this LDC and the future land use element of the comprehensive plan.
(A) Special Residential 1 shall only be permitted for use in a single-family home with six or fewer residents.
(B) Special Residential 2 shall not be permitted to operate within a single-family home any time and consists of 7-14 residents.
(C) Special Residential 3 shall not be permitted to operate within a single-family home. The facility shall consist of a minimum of 15 residents with each room a minimum of 540 square feet.
