Religious institutions and schools incidental to a religious institution with the R-1A, R-1B or R-1C shall meet the following requirements.
(A) This use shall be located on a lot having at least 40,000 square feet of lot area, and having at least 200 feet of street frontage.
(B) The coverage of all roofed structures shall not exceed 25% of the lot area.
(C) No building or roofed structure shall be located within 40 feet of any other residentially zoned property.
(D) No parking area shall be located within ten feet of any lot line.
