§ 155.512 ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DEVICE RETAIL SALES.

Regulation of the marketing, sale, or delivery of nicotine products and nicotine dispensing devices, including electronic cigarettes and similar device or product, is preempted to the state pursuant to F.S. § 569.315.
