§ 155.424 RESIDENTIAL TWO-FAMILY (R-2).

   (A)   Purpose. This district is intended primarily for attached, two-family residential dwelling neighborhoods with minimum lots per two-family dwelling units. Detached single-family dwelling units are permitted.

   (B)   Permitted uses. See Table 155.501.

Note(s): [1]   If each half of a two-family dwelling is on separate adjoining lots then each lot shall not be less than 35 feet in width and 3,500 square feet in area. [2]   However, if two-family dwelling is erected on two platted lots, no setback is needed along common wall and lot line. [3]   Side setback shall increase by one foot for every two feet in height of structure or building exceeding 20 feet.
