(A) The Building and Zoning Department shall review all final plats to verify the conformity of the final plat with the preliminary plat as approved by the Board. When the final plat is found to comply with all applicable zoning regulations and to be in conformity with the preliminary plat as approved by the Board, the approval of the Director of the Building and Zoning Department shall be endorsed on the final plat.
(B) After approval by the Building and Zoning Director, the final plat shall be resubmitted to the City Engineer for approval. Thereafter, provided the plat satisfies the standards set forth in § 154.13, the final plat shall be submitted to the City Commission.
(C) The City Commission may, by specific action in individual cases, authorize and direct the Director of the Zoning and Building Department to approve a final plat which is not in conformity with a preliminary plat approved by the Board.
