§ 156.44 HEARING OFFICER AND CITY COMMISSION TO ISSUE PROPOSED ORDER.
   (A)   The hearing officer shall, within 45 days of the hearing, issue a proposed order which shall include findings of fact and conclusions of law with respect to the claim of vested rights.
   (B)   The City Commission shall within 30 days of receipt of the proposed order issue its determination which shall be in the form of resolution.
