§ 156.12 MAINTAINING LEVEL OF SERVICE STANDARDS.
   (A)   No development activity may be approved unless prescribed levels of service outlined in § 156.14 are available concurrent with the impacts of the development.
   (B)   The prescribed levels of service may be degraded during construction of new facilities in a specific area if upon completion of the new facilities the prescribed levels of service will be met.
