(A) The City Commission hereby approves and adopts the Concurrency Management System in accord with the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act.
(B) No development activity or permits may be approved unless it is found that the development is consistent with the City/County Comprehensive Plan and that the provision of certain public facilities will be available at prescribed levels of service concurrent with the impact of the development on those facilities.
